Direct School Admission (DSA) Exercise for 2025 Intake

We would like to invite all current Primary Six students (or equivalent) to apply for admission to our school in the academic year of 2025 through the Direct School Admission (DSA) exercise.

A. DSA CATEGORIES & CRITERIA

The following 3 categories are open for DSA application for the 2025 intake:

B. PROGRAMMES FOR DSA TALENTS

All DSA talents admitted to the school will be integrated into our system and culture like any other students, with equal opportunities to participate in the abundant programmes available.

They will also be mentored and supported continuously by our key personnel and teachers throughout their four years in the school.

In addition, they will have access to the multi-faceted programmes and activities organised for their respective CCA or talent areas.

C. DSA SELECTION PROCESS

All DSA selection processes might be updated to align with the prevailing COVID-19 safe management measures (SMMs) as advised by MOE.

A DSA selection panel, including school leaders, will be formed to administer and oversee the DSA selection process, to ensure that it is transparent, objective, talent-specific, inclusive and student-centric.

All applicants who satisfy our criteria may apply for DSA to our school in 3 easy steps as follows:

STEP 1: APPLICATION

• Apply for DSA-Sec to our school through the centralised MOE online DSA-Sec Portal.
• The application is free-of-charge and will be open from 07 May 2024, 11am to 03 June 2024, 3pm.

STEP 2: ATTEND TRIAL OR AUDITION (ONLY IF SHORTLISTED)

• All registered applicants will be assessed and considered by the school based on the records and information provided or made available, in alignment with our criteria listed in Section A. (Please note that meeting the criteria does not guarantee that the student will be shortlisted or given an offer.)
• For Sports and Performing Arts talent areas, potential candidates will be shortlisted to attend an in-person trial/ audition at our school, starting from 24 June 2024. They will be notified of the confirmed date and time of the trial/ audition via email provided during application.
• For Chinese Language talent areas, potential candidates will be shortlisted directly for an interview, and a performance task will be conducted on the day of the interview.
• The trial/ audition schedule will also be made available here by end of june, and the performance task requirements are for the various talent areas are listed as follows:

STEP 3: ATTEND INTERVIEW (IF FURTHER SHORTLISTED)

• After the Trials/ Auditions for Sports and Performing Arts talent areas, potential candidates will be further shortlisted to attend an in-person Interview.
• For Chinese Language DSA applicants, potential candidates will be shortlisted directly for an in-person interview. They will also be expected to complete a brief written task on the day of the interview.
• All shortlisted candidates will be notified of the interview date and time via email provided during application.
