Encourage a love for sports; be more disciplined ; develop resilience through failures and success; value team spirit.

Training Schedule

Every Wednesdays and Fridays
Wednesday: 1515 – 1815hrs
Friday: 1515 – 1815hrs
Saturday: 1330 – 1630hrs  (Jan-Mar TBC)
