Mission

To equip our students with a sound knowledge of diet, nutrition and consumerism which is essential in the 21st Century.


The FCE curriculum aims to empower students with the necessary skills needed in the 21st Century. It is designed to enhance the students’ competencies in building self-awareness, self-management, responsible decision-making, social awareness and relationship management. In addition, a wide range of pedagogies such as Self-directed Learning and Collaborative Learning are highly emphasized through the various platforms such as Google Sites, Google Drive and Social Media. Collaborative learning through the use of Google Docs can be an effective platform to enhance students’ engagement while enabling them to display the desired outcomes. Through this direct and dynamic exchange of ideas, students are constantly engaged either in real-time or offline communication which enables them the flexibility to work at their own time and pace.
